Help us in bringing specialist medical care in the Lake Victoria region of Tanzania.

The WHO has formulated goals for 2030 including: 'Good health and wellbeing for all'

About 30% of the global burden of disease can be treated surgically. This care is unavailable or prohibitively expensive for most people around Lake Victoria. In Tanzania the number of specialists per inhabitant is low, namely 0.36 surgeons per 100,000 inhabitants, in the Netherlands there are 7.
